Tim Wood comes from an accounting & business background. After completing a B.Com at the University of Canterbury, he worked as an accountant in London. With 20 years as a business owner, Tim has developed a number of businesses from startups to successful companies.
These businesses include a publishing company, a bar & restaurant, a large security and events company with over a 1000 staff based in New Zealand and a large multi-million dollar Aquatic Centre management company based in Australia. Tim has also been heavily involved in property investing and asset structures, consulting to a number of New Zealand businesses and individuals.
He currently is active in the ownership and strategic management of Platinum Brands, and its subsidiary companies. His experience brings strong strategic and operational work-flow knowledge, along with an understanding of true business to business execution and delivery .
Tim is passionate about innovation and providing kiwi business owners with practical and efficient business solutions. Tim enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Victoria and his two children, Sofia and Pacey. He is also an avid fly fisherman and active member of one of New Zealand's most respected fly fishing clubs. In 2008, Tim took time out to tour most of New Zealand, enjoying the world reknowned trout fishing the country has to offer.

Louis Jensen's passion is to help business owners and managers produce reliable financial information, to understand and use this to maximise profits. His expertise includes working with leading accounting software products, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, and Infusion and is a certified partner, instructor and installer.
Louis specialises in improving accounting systems and the monitoring of financial performance. He has helped hundreds of clients over the years and saved them thousands of dollars as a result .
Louis focuses on the correct set-up of accounting systems, training and support for a wide range of
SME businesses. He helps business owners to have better control of their business by implementing practical, specific accounting system solutions, including management profitability reporting, financial diagnostics, analysis and forecasting.
Louis completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy at the University Of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. He worked at Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants before immigrating to New Zealand.
He is married with 3 children and enjoys running, classic boats and the outdoors.
Victoria Wood - Business Lawyer
Victoria has gained significant experience in the commercial world, having worked for some of the leading Christchurch Law firms. She has also worked in as in-house Counsel for Television New Zealand Ltd and latterly as Legal Counsel and co-owner of an Australian business.
Victoria has a considerable legal experience in business law including business formations and sales, business finance, supplier agreements and leasing. Her legal experience draws on her practical knowledge to provide strategic but pragmatic advice and service.
Victoria completed an LLB at the University of Canterbury. She is married with 2 children and enjoys reading, gardening and luxury travel.
